& Skills Development
Virtue ESD helps schools deliver structured entrepreneurship education through training, mentorship, and experiential learning. Our youth programmes are designed to build financial literacy, problem-solving skills, and real-world business thinking.
Programme Streams:
1. Junior Enterprise Lab (Primary Schools)
Age-appropriate entrepreneurship curriculum delivered through fun, experiential learning including school business simulations, challenges, and showcases.
2. Teen CEO Bootcamp (High Schools)
Focused on ideation, pitching, digital literacy and financial confidence. Delivered in partnership with mentors and alumni entrepreneurs.
3. School-Linked Incubation
Schools can host incubator-style ventures led by learners, supported by local businesses, NGOs, and community mentors.
